Admissions Process

HTCA is now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 school year.

Step 1 - Check out our website

Take a few minutes to explore our school website. There is a variety of information under each of the tab headings. This will give you a better idea of what HTCA is all about, and may answer or even illicit more questions for you to ask!

Step 2 - Contact our Admissions Director

If you have not already checked on grade availability, or have questions, click here to submit an inquiry form.

Step 3 - Apply

Once you have made contact with our Admissions Director, the process of applying begins. You will set up an account on our admissions portal. Applying for more than one child? You will only set up one account, which can manage multiple applications. At this time, you will be asked to submit the online application and upload your child's birth certificate. Click here to set up your admissions account.

Remember: If you have not first contacted our Admissions Director BEFORE submitting an application, you will automatically be placed on a waitlist. 

Step 4 - Enroll

Our Head of School reviews all applications. You will then receive an email to begin the enrollment process. Via the Admissions Portal, you will complete some additional forms, as well as, set up your tuition account through the FACTS Tuition link.


ENROLLMENT FEEAt this time, there is a non-refundable $200 enrollment fee per family.  This must be submitted directly to the school in cash or by check made out to: HTCA.  Please put your child's name in the memo line of the check to make sure the correct account is credited. 


TRANSFER STUDENTS enrolling in 1st - 8th Grades

You must fill out a Release of Records Form to give us permission to request your child's records from their current school.  You may drop off the completed form to HTCA or scan it to our Admissions Office at:  Click here to print out the required form.

A child is considered completely enrolled at HTCA only when:

(1) all the required forms are submitted,

(2) we have received your non-refundable $200 enrollment fee, and

(3) you have set up your FACTS Tuition Account.

Step 5 - Financial Aid

Only after a child is completely enrolled at HTCA, are you able to apply for financial aid through the Bishop's Scholarship Fund (BSF). This is done through your FACTS Tuition account. The mission of the BSF is to help families in need afford a Catholic education. Click here for more information about the Bishop's Scholarship Fund.
